The Floor Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all facets of the outlet. He must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff. The Floor Manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.

· Promote restaurant business and continually increase database contacts

· Ensure and promote compliance with all local liquor, health and sanitation regulations

· Manage and provide direction to all bar employees on the floor during shifts and events

· Hold staff accountable to uphold uniform and grooming standards to the highest level

In this role, you support critical financial processes, including monthly and annual financial closing, analysis, projections, budgeting, and costing. You will contribute to the development of financial dashboards with multiple dimension analysis as well as designing optimal process flows that incorporate digital and technological advancements.

There will be opportunities to participate in workgroups focused on designing, planning, and developing the hospital as well as serving as the secretariat for selected committees. This cross-functional exposure will broaden your understanding of healthcare and position you for future growth.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 2 years of related working experience
• Membership to professional body e.g., ISCA, ACCA is desired / preferred.
• Team player with high level of integrity, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
• Adept at handling complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations.
• Systematic and meticulous in work.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in data analytics software e.g. Tableau is preferred.

Service Delivery Manager (CyberSecurity)/ Customer Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strong in handling Service Delivery Management/ Customer Management
• Experience in providing Services and Solutions on CyberSecurity Management.
• Technically inclined in handling Service Delivery and supporting Customer Management.
• Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are met.
• Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required
• Communicate and liasing with clients, stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide consultation and advisory on CyberSecurity Solutions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated strong experience in handling Service Delivery Management/ Customer Management.
• Experience in providing CyberSecurity Services and Solutions to customers.
• Strong knowledge of CyberSecurity.
• Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Kill Chain methodology, MITRE Att&ck, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 and etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success roles or experience in a cybersecurity operation center
• Good in Service Delivery and Customer Management.
• Experience in handling Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Possess Government or System Integrator Consulting domain.
• Experience with contract and vendor management.
• Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
• Only Singaporean applys.
