Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to develop and execute online marketing materials (eg. Web Banners) for promotions on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Facebook, Shopify and Company website.
• Use of appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic and work with the team to produce final design for various marketing campaigns
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with style of brand
• Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance
• Creating artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software (eg. Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Maintaining Brand Image and Video Library
• (a) Develop and execute online campaigns.
• (b) Conduct regular pricing checks to ensure price competitiveness.
• (c) Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to the warehouse.
• (d) Creation of website banners and eCommerce banner layouts
• (e) Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform which includes new product uploads
• and overall webstore maintenance
• (f) Respond to platform chat to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction
• (g) Maintain brand image and video library
• (h) Other adhoc tasks assigned
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good time management skills and able to keep to the deadlines
• Previous experience working as a designer with an e-commerce background with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects or any other editing software.
• Knowledge in product photography is a bonus

Main Responsibilities:

Graphic Designing:

• Conceptualize, visualize and execute creative graphic artwork including branding materials, merchandise, and various internal and external online and offline visual designs for marketing across all business channels.
• Understand creative directions and communication objectives according to seasonal marketing requirements and transform them into creative design.

Product Development Support:

• Generating ideas for new luggage, leather goods, bags, and travel accessories, based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.
• This involves researching current fashion trends, understanding market demographics and brainstorming creative concepts, and creating mood boards to visually articulate design concepts, incorporating imagery, color schemes, textures, and themes to evoke the intended brand aesthetic and target audience preferences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
• Proactively communicate with team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related discipline.
