Job Description:
- Conceptualise, develop, design, and implement day-to-day design and photography requests (digital, print, social, and video), including gifs, motion graphics, infographics, photography, and short videos for social media.
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of principles and esthetical designs that are suitable and work well for real estate advertising and digital marketing.
- Elevate the company's corporate branding by conceptualising and creating compelling content for social media platforms.
- Understand design briefs and deliver based on design brief requirements promptly.
- Ensures all graphics and contents are visually appealing, compelling, and on-brand
- Assist in any ad hoc duties required by the department head.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography and video editing
- Be a brand custodian of the company, ensuring that all creatives are approved by the head of the department before dissemination.
- Serve as a photographer and videographer for corporate events and other communication endeavours.
- Assist in any ad hoc duties required by Department Head
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Possesses a creative flair and passion for design.
- Prior working experience in relevant design field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Suites like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.
- Familiar with videography and video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, Photoshop, Animate, and Audition.
- Strong aesthetic sense and design skills.
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest tools and design trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes, urgent requests by internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills.
