• Co-ordinate with electrical, instrumentation, process team and civil structural team to understand the elevation & structural requirements.

• Prepare and write daily reports to update daily progress, weather, resources including manpower and plant.

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant skills certificates with at least 3 years related experience in the field. Diploma holder with 5 years of related experience will also be considered.
• Familiar with 3D Program such as Revit and Plant 3 D
• Preferably with 3 years or more working experience in project site work.
• Familiar in construction materials & specifications would be an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY As part of the Architectural Project Management team, you will act as an important enabler in helping the Company achieve its goal to be the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects. Your work scope includes assisting Senior Architect/Directors in handling projects from design to completion stage, project and contract management including handling of project tenders. You may be expected to handle small scale projects on your own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matter.

· Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept design, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings including basic drafting works

· Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
