Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the health supplement industry, including at least 2 years in a management role, with proven experience in TCM channels.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating the team effectively.
• Deep understanding of market trends and strong analytical and business acumen.
• Ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies; strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to accept and work towards clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.

• Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including daily management, staff supervision, and budget control.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote spa services.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled and motivated spa team.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the spa.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative spa treatments and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive brand experience.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial role within the spa industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for the spa industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Relevant Level 3 Holistic Massage certification.
• Diploma in Business or Management (or equivalent).

Salary:

SGD 8,000 to SGD 12,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
