• Diploma / Degree in Product Marketing, Branding, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a product marketing and/or product branding position, or in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all logistical aspects of roadshow events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and adhere to deadlines and financial parameters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and operations teams, to align event objectives with overall business goals.

Vendor and Venue Management:

• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure competitive pricing and ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

On-Site Event Management:

• Oversee event set-up, tear-down, and day-of logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise on-site staff, volunteers, and temporary personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events promptly and effectively.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and liabilities.

Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess event success and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
• Analyze attendee feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.

You will be responsible in providing Occupational Therapy in inpatient and/or outpatient in an integrated general hospital You will participate in administration, clinical supervision, research supervision, professional education as and when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for occupational therapy independently
• Implement appropriate treatment plans and comply to clinical standards
• Provide timely review of patients in the continuum of care
• Document patient’s progress and records accurately
• Manage and supervise C-reg/junior OTs where applicable.

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating diagnostic, therapeutic respiratory care services, emergency services and special procedures in Intensive Care Units, to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardio-respiratory system, in accordance to established hospital policies, procedures, standard of care and practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (80%)

To provide clinical respiratory care under the supervision of physicians and approved guidelines.

• Perform complete or modified patient respiratory assessment as required.
• Consult with physicians, other healthcare professionals regarding the patient status and care plans.
• Monitor patient’s progress and modify respiratory care plan.
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds.
• Document procedures, organize and analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide and manage plans for weaning patients off ventilators and comply with clinical and service standards.
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor/ other healthcare professionals when appropriate

To perform Emergency and Acute Care Procedures.

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Patient Intra and Inter Hospital Transport

To assist Special Procedures.

• Bronchoscopy
• Bedside Percutaneous Tracheostomy

To provide technical support to respiratory therapy equipments.

• Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance for respiratory equipment.
• Perform required calibration and quality control procedure.
• Comply with safety regulations related to equipment and medical gases.
• Ensure proper functioning of respiratory equipment.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities (20%)

• To collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in appropriate cross-functions improvement initiatives.
• To actively update knowledge and skills in Respiratory Therapy.
• To comply with infection control practices.
• To help in any data collection of the department.
• To help in any education of Nurses, Doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• To contribute to departmental inservice training programmes, hospital educational talks and external talks / workshops / forums / seminars.
• To perform other duties as may be assigned by Reporting Officer.

Job Specification/Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy
• Preferably Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist or equivalent from country of origin.

Experience

• Preferably with 3 years clinical work experience in various Intensive Care Units in a reputable hospital.

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in IT skills (Microsoft Excel / Word / Access / PowerPoint).
