Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth daily operation of retail stores that you are assigned to operate.
• Ensure area sales target is achieved.
• Ensure each outlet hits the individual outlet target.
• Motivating and managing the assigned retail outlets staff.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing promotions and all communications.
• Participate in operations promotions, advertisement, sales training.
• Ensuring cleanliness and service quality of assigned retail store.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales HOD and assigned outlets, disseminating information and directives to Branch Managers and teams.
• Review Daily Sales Reports of assigned outlets, identifying problems and suggesting improvement measures to optimize performance.

• At least 3 years of similar experience in the Beauty/Spa industry

• Strong command of spoken English and Mandarin. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers

WSH Coordinator

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements and company policies
• Assist with monthly EHS inspections and ensure any issues are addressed & maintain records of the incidents and all circumstances and events occurring
• Perform pre-operation safety checks in accordance with company requirements
• Assist with incident investigations and provide necessary controls after risks assessments to prevent recurrence
• Prepare safety reports as needed and report safety infringements and incidents to management

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures
• Possess a WSH (Level B) certification
• Candidates with 2-3 years' experience in similar field would be preferred
