You will support the Deputy Director (Hospital and Services Planning) to ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established program, which includes end-user briefs, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, guidelines and project timelines. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and reporting to HPC.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience)
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage
• Familiar with hospital operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and presentation software.

Responsibilities:

• Be fully responsible for health and environmental control, safety meeting and to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• Maintain high level of safety awareness and consciousness in the company.
• Implementing HSE policy and guidelines, safety management system for the company.
• Implementing, auditing of SMS, updating & review company HSE systems.
• Familiar with all workplace safety and health matters, including WSH Act, COP & etc.
• Recommend, implement & carry out safety training programmes for workers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in related field.
• Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
