4. Administration
Assist the Clinic Pharmacy Manager in the following:
• Maintain the administrative functions necessary for pharmacy operation.
• Adhere to and perform regular audit checks on the accounting, cash handling procedures and policies.
• Prepare the necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Give regular feedback on improving processes and practices.
• Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories and controlled drugs registries.

You will assist with the daily operations of the retail pharmacy and provide good customer service to patients and customers. You will perform cashiering duties and render administrative support to colleagues. Qualifications:

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Plan and execute all marketing activities such as road shows, events and seminars

Desired Skills and Expertise:
