Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

3. E-Commerce Oversight

• Oversee inventory management for online orders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

4. Scheduling & Annual Planning

• Develop comprehensive annual operational schedules, aligning with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and sales strategies.
• Ensure resource availability and staff readiness for peak retail periods.

5. Leadership & Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor and coach to team members, driving career development.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail and e-commerce operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management.

1. Singapore Citizens or PRs are preferred;

2. It is best to have more than 3 years of work experience in BEAUTY CENTRE MANAGER OR SHOP SALES MANAGER .

3. The salary range is between SGD 6000-11999.

4.Work 6 days a week, overtime on Saturday and Sunday, shift work system.
