The dietitian will also need to participate in community and public education/ activities to promote healthy eating and nutritional well-being. As part of continuous improvement, the dietitian is expected to contribute in quality improvement and/ or research activities.

As a senior dietitian, you will guide and mentor junior Dietitian, train and teach students on clinical placements, and participate in teaching of healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics/ Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics/ Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics
• Candidates with prior relevant experience preferred
• For the Senior position, a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in clinical setting with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity preferred

The incumbent isresponsible to:

• Assess effectively, set appropriate goals, implement appropriate treatment plans, execute safe therapy, re-assess timely and modify treatment when necessary for patients referred for occupational therapy
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Communicate and work effectively as a team with referring doctor and other members of the medical team regarding patient care
• Ensure all patients' records are updated accurately and promptly at all times
• Undertake continuing professional development of skills and knowledge proactively and regularly through self-study, continuing education presentations, case discussions and research
• Assist with clinical education of students and job training of therapy assistants
• Supervise therapy assistant or other support staff to carry out treatment

Job Requirements :

• Recognised Diploma in Occupational Therapy with 2 years of experience or Entry Level candidates with Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Conditional or Full Registration granted by Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)

The incumbent is responsible to :

• Help patients restore and maintain their mobility, functional independence, and psychological and social well-being, from movement disorders as a result of age, disease and injury
• Use physical approaches such as exercise prescription, manual therapy, patient education, airway clearance techniques and electro-physical modalities
• Supervise therapy assistants and guides junior or new physiotherapists

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the AHPC with conditional or full registration and valid practicing certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
