Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in presales and/or solutions consulting (8+ years), leading B2B projects within fintech, big data, risk management, or internet industries.
• In-depth expertise in fintech, payments, risk management, or related system consulting, with a strong background in solution design and implementation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work overseas on a project basis for short-term assignments (3-6 months).

This role is pivotal in develop new business opportunities and create brand awareness in the industry. Also to promote and selling Company’s products among architects, interior designers, and developers throughout Singapore develop. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure company’s products are specified in their projects to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget.

• Proactively seek out and establish relationships with new clients to expand our market share.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

• Conduct effective product presentations to architects, designers, and stakeholders to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.

• Track specification progress, success rates and manage follow-up activities to convert specifications into sales.

• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales, Business Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specification and sales track record.

• Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
