Senior Triage & Brief Intervention Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Specialist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, triaging clients based on urgency and needs, and ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate care and providing brief interventions to clients. Candidate will also be co-managing the triage team members, to make decisions for proper allocation and to provide support whenever needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients presenting with mental health concerns.

Treatment efficacy for all clients undergoing individual psychotherapy or support group programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assessing clinical needs of clients, as well as plan for, and provide treatment, using evidence-based clinical models and treatment modalities. This is inclusive of individual and group psychotherapy/counselling, and crisis intervention.
• Applicants should also be able to modify treatment activities and approaches as needed, in order to comply with changes in clients’ progress and completing discharge plans. Establish positive therapeutic relationships with clients with mental health difficulties.
