Your Role on Our Journey:

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for our drivers after they hit the road in their leased PHVs. Your main task? To make sure every driver feels supported, heard, and valued. Whether it's resolving an issue, answering queries, or just checking in to see how they're doing, your role is crucial in keeping our drivers happy and our engines running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• Provide stellar after-sales support to our drivers, ensuring they have a smooth ride with Lumens.
• Be the first point of contact for drivers' requests and concerns, resolving them with efficiency and care.
• Regularly follow up with drivers to gather feedback and check on their experience.
• Identify opportunities for re-contract deals, and upsell better vehicles or longer lease contracts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our drivers, ensuring they always feel part of the Lumens family.
• Keep customers updated on the latest promotion and product.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, such as Sales, Account Manager or Customer Service
• A passion for helping and interacting with people.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for resolving issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive, empathetic approach to customer service.
• The ability to identify sales opportunities without ever losing that personal, caring touch.

The Finance Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO office's daily operations while also being given opportunities to learn and develop new skills. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about finance and seeks to broaden her expertise across various financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, perform variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Accounting Support: Help with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support the implementation of best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Learning & Development: Actively seek out training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in various non-finance areas.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or any higher education in in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Internships and part-time roles will be considered.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
