Your new role

• Generating strong candidate database through multiple attraction methods
• Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients
• Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
• Provide creative solutions to clients with regards to candidate attraction
• Negotiate effectively with clients after consultation with management

How do the 50% commissions work. For example, if you close a client who is saving $500 monthly, $500 x 12 months = $6000. You get 50% which is $3000.

6. Training and Coaching

• Provide training sessions to employees on new processes or tools.
• Coach leadership teams on strategic decision-making.

7. Monitoring and Evaluation

• Track the progress of implemented strategies.
• Measure the effectiveness of recommendations against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Make adjustments as needed based on feedback and results.

8. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams, managers, and executives.
• Present findings and solutions in a clear, concise manner.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
