The Senior Executive, Digital Empowerment plays a crucial role in supporting and contributing to these endeavours.
Job Description
As the Senior Executive, Digital Empowerment, you will be responsible for the following:
· Support the creation and management of roadmaps for digital initiatives, assisting in setting objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure alignment with the division's digital strategy and SingHealth's overarching goals.
· Assist in the coordination and support of cross-functional teams in ideation, conceptualisation, planning, and execution of digital projects with adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, chatbots, and M365.
· Actively support the identification and implementation of innovative digital solutions and technologies to address organisational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
· Play a key role in the upskilling and reskilling of employees, fostering the development of Citizen Developers.
· Contribute to the establishment and promotion of best practices for digital tools and technologies.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to the development of annual plans and budgets for digital projects and supporting efficient management of budget portfolios and utilization.
· Provide support in overseeing and managing digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital tools, to ensure system service levels are met and to provide prompt support for any system-related issues that may arise.
· Stay informed about emerging technologies and healthcare challenges, contributing to the assessment of their viability and potential adoption.
· Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned within the Digital Empowerment team.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
· At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry or related roles, with exposure to digital initiatives and projects.
· Proficient in areas such as cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
· Demonstrate ability to support project management activities and contribute effectively to project delivery.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic digital environment.
· Able to deal with all levels of staff (medical, nursing, pharmacists, allied health professionals, dental and administrative and ancillary staff).
· Able to work independently and constantly upskilling and keeping abreast with technological advancement.
· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
