- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for health supplements, driving revenue growth.
- Develop and manage offline Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) channels, ensuring sales effectiveness.
- Supervise and train the sales team, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, adjusting sales plans and strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Maintain key client relationships, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Report regularly to senior management on sales progress and market conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the health supplement industry, including at least 2 years in a management role, with proven experience in TCM channels.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating the team effectively.
- Deep understanding of market trends and strong analytical and business acumen.
- Ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies; strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to accept and work towards clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
