The Role

• Support the pharmacist in the daily operational execution of the pharmacy to ensure that it operates smoothly
• Ensure Preparation of prescription and pharmacy-only medications based on prescription are accurate and efficient and to minimize dispensing error

You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will have opportunities to run ambulatory clinics such as the Anticoagulation Clinic, Cardiology, Geriatric, Renal and Smoking Cessation Pharmacist Clinics. Where needed, you will provide drug information to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council OR Full registration in the country of attained qualification (required to undergo 6 months pre-registration training)

The Role
