Accounts & Admin Assistant

Role & Responsibility:

• Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank and intercompany transactions reconciliation.
• Manage day-to-day function of accounts activities.
• Support audit and tax filings, handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings (e.g., GST).
• To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma holder in any related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient in MS Office
• A positive attitude, with an ability to work under minimal supervision

Work Information:

• Location : Nearby Marymount MRT(CC16)
• 5 days work week, 8.30am - 6pm
