• Coordination and logistics arrangement for internal training such as DTC, FFP. This includes booking of room, liaise with trainers for available schedule, set-up of room, arrange for IT/AV equipment, printing training materials, liaise with trainers for uploading of updated training materials, manage scheduling of participants for training, informing participants and provide support during training to trainers, etc.

• Preparing training statistics. This includes generation of data, inputting formulas to generate statistics, presenting statistics on graphs and powerpoint slides.

2. Handle IT-related administrative functions

• Manage user (new and transfer) in IT system access. Applies to Resignation / Internal Posting / External Posting / On Long Leave / On Secondment

• Update CRO, OMC and CRM licensed users list

• Monthly Invoice/Payment verification

• Assist in other miscellaneous duties

Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans
• Basic communication and administrative skills, experience with common computer software e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
• Written and spoken English a must.
• Experience in coordinating training and performing administrative duties are preferred

Job Description:

• Provide administrative and logistical support including but not limited to downloading applications, importing applicant’s details into the excel databases, scheduling and contacting candidates for interviews, preparing interview folders and generating offer package.
• Set up and pack up interview rooms to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Assist in organising and providing administrative support for outreach events, including tasks such as packing and coordination.
• Handle various ad-hoc assignments and additional duties as required to support ongoing operations and events.
