Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team to drive brand awareness and promote our product range.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exhibition Booth Management:
  Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibition booths at trade shows and industry events, ensuring engaging displays and smooth operations to attract potential clients.
• Product Promotion & Campaigns:
  Develop and implement promotional campaigns. Work closely with the Sales team to identify targeted products for each campaign and drive product visibility.
• Marketing Planning & Budgeting:
  Plan and manage the overall marketing plan and budget. Align marketing activities with strategic goals, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Marketing Material Updates:
  Regularly update and create marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues, and digital content to reflect new products, promotions, and company news.
• Website Updates:
  Maintain and update the company website with the latest promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Position: Senior Marketing & Communication Executive

• Location: Gul Crescent [Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]
• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm
• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
• Salary: $3,000 to $3,500

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Attach design poftfolio if available

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person.
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor.
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement.
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration.
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos.
• Prepare and update price list.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Duties

• Is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement.
• Works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement.
• Works closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships.
• Able to identify unethical behavior and react based on the applicable ethical principles.
• Operates in work contexts that are less standardization and unanticipated changes can be frequent due to changes in the external environment.
• Work with any of the assurance teams to obtain an understanding of our client’s business.
• Develop an audit plan/strategy for an audit of financial statements and document the planning procedures.
• Prepare/tailor audit programmes based on areas of audit emphasis determined at the planning stage.
• Perform audit tests of controls and substantive procedures based on planned audit approach to address the various assertions, eg: existence & completeness, rights and obligations, valuation, accuracy, presentation and disclosure.
