Job Purpose

• Assisting driver during delivery to customers, make sure all products that delivered are in good condition before handling them to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily delivery orders (DOs) entrusted are delivered to customers according to the schedule given. Any delay in fulfillment must be communicated back to Traffic Controller.
• Ensure all delivery orders (DOs) are properly endorsed with clean POD (Proof Of Delivery)

Job Description

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience assisting in kitchens.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Daily/Weekly:

• Answer calls and handle enquiries
• Manage fee collections, invoicing, and receipts
• Prepare payment proposals and petty cash vouchers
• Submit weekly sales report
• Deposit cash/cheques and manage mail
• Ensure proper filing of documents

Monthly:

• Generate school fees report and process invoices by 27th
• Record payments in Xero, send receipts to parents
• Issue fee reminders and termination notices
• Submit mid-month P&L report
• Order groceries and office supplies

Termly:

• Conduct stocktaking (uniforms, workbooks, etc.)
• Order stationery for staff and students
• Process PIC claims (IT, staff courses)

Yearly:

• Assist in Year-End Concert planning
• Submit Year-End P&L and audit reports
• Order uniforms and workfolios

Ad-hoc:

• Safekeep children’s files and school assets
• Prepare and maintain registration, GIRO, transport, and other forms

Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience.

● Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

● The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.

● Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality.

● A committed and responsible person who is willing to learn new skills.

● A team player who has initiative and can help others.
