WEB3 BD Manager/Head (Blockchain Security)

Location: Open to Southeast Asian candidates, with a preference for Singapore or Hong Kong

Job Description:

• Develop and implement the company's business development and sales strategies in Southeast Asia Markets.
• Identify business opportunities within the market and establish business channels. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as product, marketing, legal, and compliance to facilitate a smooth sales process.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years or more of 2B sales experience in the blockchain/Regtech industry.
• Deep understanding of Regtech, KYT (Know Your Transaction), KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and compliance solutions.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain products and markets, with a strong passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing, to liaise with both English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.

Basic Salary -depends on experience

Working location –Novena Specialist Center

Working Hours –5.5 days, Mon- Fri (9:00am - 6pm), Sat – (9:00am - 1pm)

Job Scope:

Clinical Responsibilities (20%):

• Direct patient care and monitoring.
• Medication administration.
• Patient education and support.
• Collaboration with healthcare team.

Operational Responsibilities (80%):

• Oversee daily unit operations.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Staff scheduling and assignment.
• Inventory management and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Nursing
• SNB Registered
• Experience in performing cannulation
