HR Assistant | West | Logistic company | $2200-$2400

Company: A Well-known logistics company in Singapore is looking for HR assistant

Job Details:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:30

Requirements:

- Diploma education

- Proficient in computer office software

- HR experience

- Familiarity with employee application procedures

- Understanding of employee onboarding, contract renewal, and attendance processes

Provide administrative support to the teachers 

Administrative duties will generally include

1. Preparation and verification of documents

2. Maintaining and updating of detention records and data

3. Compilation of statistics

4. Filing and typing

5. Supervising and monitoring of detention classes and monitoring of students on in-house suspension

6. Any other duties assigned by Head of Department (HOD) / Subject Head (SH) / Admin Managers (AM) 

Provide support to Operations Manager (OM) and AMs during school holidays 

Support to OM and AM include

• Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break 

Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break 

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Work

● Administer day to day operations of China and Singapore marketing, claims and underwriting departments and prepare various marketing strategies for all businesses, such as social media, education, online and offline training.

● Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting (China & Singapore companies), including WeChat OA Broadcasting, New Media Matrix data collection, Live Data Analysis etc.

● Coordinate with Chinese advertising agencies, including, Wechat/Redbook/Facebook etc. And recommend improvements to company profile and develop and maintain relations.

● Manage and track China & Singapore teams corporate sustainability goals and metrics, analyze Wechat/Red book/Facebook’s data and produce regular reports.

● Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives / projects across sites and conduct regular stakeholder engagement meeting to ensure objectives are met.

● Assist to prepare all strategies for China and Singapore education marketing clients and forecast all budget requirements.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of General Management or Marketing or equivalent experience with proven ability in marketing management and strategic business development.

● Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management Studies.

● Good communication and collaboration skills with a professional and pleasant demeanor

● Ability to communicate, present and influence counterparts of the organization

● Proven ability to successfully manage and strategize for social media & education marketing clients and forecast all budget requirements.
