Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certifications are often preferred.
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in internal audit
• Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, principles, and practices.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and interacting with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• To Program KNX ETS program for upcoming projects
• To be able to handle electrical wiring and troubleshoot.
• To be able to handle project management on site.
• Able to coordinate with other sub-contractor on site for both lighting and lighting control system.
• To be able to operate 24/7 in the event of a maintenance contract project.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering related field from a certified college.
• Certification in Electrical Technician field from an accredited institution
• Prefer 1 to 2 years’ experience in Building Automations
• Able to Identify and troubleshoot various electrical issues.
