Overview for the role:

The role will provide administration support in Marketing and Admissions department and to provide comprehensive services to students and staff and maintain the applicable student management systems for the university.

Job Duties:

Student Contracts and Student’s Pass Management

• Update student’s records status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record.
• Process Student’s Pass applications and Student’s Pass cancellation for each study period on system
• Maintain records of the application, payment, approval, and formality completions of Student’s Pass.
• Ensure all Student’s Pass changes have relevant approvals in line with policy.

Student Contracts

• Assist in the preparation and checking of Student Contracts.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of documents for conflict checks;
2. Liaising with clients on the documents required;
3. Performing an analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the clients;
4. Performing a review of historical transactions;
5. Investigating the cause of the insolvency;
6. Assisting in the preparation of cash flow projections and assessing the validity of the assumptions adopted, taking into account the liquidity constraints / requirements of the client;
7. Liaising with government bodies such as CPFB, IRAS, MOM, MinLaw and ACRA;
8. Liaising with various stakeholders in the administration of various forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements (such as judicial management, liquidation and receivers and managers) including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators;
9. Familiarising themselves with the prevailing insolvency laws; and
10. Assisting the Directors and Managers on the administrative aspect of the engagements such as time reporting, preparation of the Bill of Cost, documentation tracking etc.

OUR IMPACT

Singapore Liquidity Management provides firm wide liquidity support primarily focusing on cash funding and cash management. Liquidity Management has critical focus on intraday liquidity management, agent bank relationship, reporting for central bank and regulators, and strategic firm infrastructure projects.

We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm’s financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, asset liability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong quantitative analysis skills and risk management capabilities since Treasury actively manages the firm’s financial resources which are constantly changing due to business activity, markets, risk appetite, regulations, and other factors.

Liquidity Management is the firm’s “central bank” for managing the firm’s overall cash positions. The team works in a time sensitive environment in which accuracy of processing and timely escalation and communication with various Operations teams, Corporate Treasury, and the firm's external Agent Banks is essential to a smooth settlement process. The successful candidate will work in the Liquidity management team to support daily cash funding, new business build-out, and also aggressively drives forward control and efficiency initiatives partnering with our global counterparts.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational process lifecycle by interacting with internal and external stakeholders including trading desks, agent banks, and other federation teams across globally to work toward the shared goal of business enablement and risk mitigation.
• Use your inquisitive mind set to identify efficiency opportunities with respect to process flow methodology as well as enhance scalability.
• Leverage your quantitative skills to decompose complex regulatory and operational process requirement, and propose creative, robust solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Operations (liquidity operations preferred)
• Strong team-working skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to gain a strong understanding of the business and work with trading desks, agent banks, and other federation teams such as Technology, Operations, Controllers, Credit, and Legal/Compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to be able to interact with our internal global team as well as external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with various global RTGS systems, particularly MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS+)
