Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including processing payroll, ensuring accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide HR support to employees regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 - 6 years of experience in HR operations or related role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Able to start immediately is preferred!
