Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing partners and their associated vendors to ensure strict adherence to Secretlab’s logistics, warehousing, fraud management, inventory management, and fulfilment processes
• Open to challenge assumptions for existing processes to elevate global operational capabilities and optimize standard operating procedures via process improvement projects
• Collect and analyse relevant data (e.g. operational, vendor, or payment gateway reports), drawing actionable insights for decision-making or process improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues remotely through close collaboration with our global vendors (3PLs)
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to meet operational performance metrics
• Work in cross-functional teams to problem-solve, proposing and executing configurations to the operational processes to meet business objectives
• Partner with a member of our Logistics department to be principally responsible for an assigned region
• Work closely with the Customer Support department to resolve operational/ technical inquiries and issues
• Maintenance of routine operational systems (OMS, WMS, etc.) and tasks, including and any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor of Business Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or any other relevant course of studies

Finance Responsibilities

Note that this position is an addition to the team and all responsibilities below are currently handled by the finance manager and other finance team members; whom will be able to provide direction on their accomplishment over time.

• Manage full sets of accounts including preparation of journal entries, balance sheets, income statements & other reporting schedules

HR Responsibilities

Note that this position will entail taking over all responsibilities from our current part-time HR manager. In execution of most of the responsibilities here, the assistant manager will be mainly clarifying/coordinating and reporting to the managing director.

For reference our current company headcount sits close to 100 team members (all located locally).

• Employee records maintenance: Maintain and update employees' personal data in HR portal
• Payroll & benefits administration: Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other compensation matters.
• Reports: Prepare monthly headcount report for management review
• Regulatory: Responsible for MOM-related matters, manage the application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation of work passes etc.

• Education background : ITE or Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or related studies

• On the job training will be provided.

• Prior experience working in electronics (modules) production / manufacturing environment

• Competent handling of miniature with tweezers

• Ability to handle and solder components using a microscope

• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

• Able to understand mechanical and electrical wiring diagram with some basic understanding of cable termination.

• Experience with network design and networking exposure will be added advantage

• Good knowledge with Operating platform such as Microsoft Windows and Linux

• Proficiency in operating measuring equipment or software such as network analyser, serial protocol analyser and oscilloscope
