- Salary: $3,600 to $4,000 (including incentive) + Transport Allowance (fixed): S$800 (must possess own transport) + Transport Reimbursement: S$700 (based on receipt / bill, i.e.: petrol / carpark / ERP).
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with more than 2 years’ experience.
- Project management experience in industrial area.
- Holder of Industrial Permits is an added advantage, i.e.: SOC
- Station on Customer Site to ensure primary responsibilities are fulfilled as and when required (Including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) depending on job requirement.
Job scope
- To act as the primary contact person for Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.
- Oversee Company’s onsite waste collection process that includes daily collection process, logistics arrangements, site waste containers inspection and maintenance, and submit electronic submission of waste consignment (e-tracking) based on weigh bridge information. Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators and Environmental Specialist to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
- To assist in the planning of shutdown maintenance (Minor and Major) waste containment requirements with the maintenance team, day coordinators and operations staffs.
- To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements.
- Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.
- Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic update on any follow up actions required.
- Arrange for SIC orientation and any other focus trainings to Company personnel.
- Review the effectiveness of collection process.
- Discuss with customer and Company personnel on improvement ideas before proposing to customer for final approval.
- To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer.
- Discuss and feedback to IWM Assistant Manager for actions required.
- To be responsible for investigation meetings, investigation findings, prevention and implementation of corrective actions involving Company’s personnel at customer premises.
- To liaise with all relevant statutory bodies such as NEA, etc. relating to license and permits and keep customer updated on the latest changes in regulation and acts.
- Assist the IWM Assistant Manager to manage customer care program.
- To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer's people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.
