Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative support for the Department
• Compile product information, generate product write ups and Power Point
• Manage product inventory / sample processes
• Handling of product related enquiries and requests from regional offices
• Handling of product related complaints and defective claims process
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
• ​​​​​​​Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required
