Role and Responsibilities:
1) Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval.

2) Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
3) Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules, assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
4) Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.
5) Processing of employees to stay in the dormitory.
6) Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
7) Payroll processing
Requirements:
1) Strong communication skills.
2) Have knowledge of labour legislation.
3) Experience recruitment and its full cycle.
4) Familar with human resource software and applicant track system.
