Overview:

The Joint Committee on Specialist Training (JCST) is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. Night Residential Care Worker (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-house or onsite repair or maintenance of warranty and non-warranty products to provide a fully functional unit that meets quality standards and applicable specifications for exchange stock or return to customer.
• Test and calibrate all repaired equipment as required to ensure original design specifications are met.
• Identify root cause and diagnose problems accurately and perform necessary corrective actions to resolve issues during service calls.
