Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Ensure full store operations, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and train staff.
- Sales and Profitability: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and execute marketing activities.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules and performance.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, cash handling, and minimize shrinkage.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage finances.
