â—Ź Setting up of School Printer ID for staff as every staff needs to have 1 printer ID to access the printer.
â—Ź Manage and Reset Printing Quotas
â—Ź Ensure all laptops collected from resigned staff are properly reformatted and reset to prepare them for future use.
Procurement
â—Ź Managing school purchases, sourcing suppliers, and obtaining quotations.
â—Ź Maintain an accurate inventory of all school supplies, including stationery, teaching materials, IT equipment, and maintenance items.
â—Ź Conduct regular stock-taking and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Facility
â—Ź Overseeing school maintenance and coordinating with contractors and building management.
Human Resources
â—Ź Conduct thorough reference checks for prospective employees to verify their previous employment.
â—Ź Validate educational credentials provided by prospective employees during the onboarding.
â—Ź Verify with medical institutions, to confirm the validity of medical certificates
â—Ź To ensure accurate attendance tracking and compliance by monitoring staff attendance records in the biometric and HR systems and ensuring all staff adhere to clock-in requirements.
â—Ź Handle IT Asset Issuance and Exit Clearance
â—Ź Any other duties as assigned by the director and management
Requirements:
â—Ź Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
â—Ź Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
â—Ź Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
â—Ź Proactive and takes the initiative to address issues and improve processes
â—Ź Proficiency in Google Workspace.
â—Ź Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
