Responsibilities:

• Support the validation and updating of global employee data onto SAP.
• Liaise with global HR Administrator providing coaching and direction as required
• Liaise projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data
• Liaise mass data change projects and processes
• Maintain currency of documented processes
• Administration, analysis and tracking of system access requests for HRIS (SAP HR), HRMR (HR Measurement & Reporting), Talent Link modules and Workforce Analytics (WFA)
• Daily oversight of the HR Data mailbox (intake/triage), including issues and escalations as required
• Ensure data access authorisations in accordance with privacy controls
• Develop requirements documentation and conduct analysis of HR data access system change requests (SCRs) with impacted areas/owners
• Raise awareness of system access gaps, risks or concerns to management & SAP security team to arrive at a sound business solution
• Empower self-sufficiency with data apps provided to any number of end users
• Create a knowledge base for your team, department, or entire organization. Build and share reusable workflows as best practices or starter kits for beginners

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree and Freshers/experience with good Knowledge or experience in Knime.
• Proficient in Knime modules.
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
