What you'll be doing
- Process claims and billing, handle bill adjustments, and follow up on pending claims
- Manage accounts receivable, update receipts, review AR aging, and perform revenue and bank reconciliations
- Resolve claims system issues, liaise with clinic operations, and ensure system interface accuracy
- Support debt collection, set up service codes, and maintain charging rules
- Prepare reports, audit schedules, and cash flow projections
- Handle daily clinic cash collection
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Accounting
- Similar experience in accounting, preferably with healthcare setting
- Internship experience will be considered too
