F&B Management Trainee (Hot Kitchen)

Working Hours: 5.5 days rostered work week [Split Shift required 3pm-6pm]

Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2700-$3300

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

F&B Management Trainee

Working Hours: 6 days rostered work week

Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2700-$3300

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 1 year F&B experience
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Focus mainly on Service/ FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen/ BOH. May cover Kitchen/ BOH if operationally required
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

To assist with data entry tasks and general administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data working with spreadsheets and student admin system
• Verify and cross-check the information to ensure accuracy
• Organize and maintain data files
• Assist with other clerical duties as needed
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Knowledge and Skills:

• Competent in MS Office and Google applications, and basic internet navigation skills (preferably strong in MS Excel Skills)
• Proficiency in either English or Chinese, or both

Personal Attributes:

• Responsible, reliable and able to follow instructions
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail to ensure work accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
