• Create new hire's profile in HR files
• HR administration duties such as drafting HR letters, preparing offboarding letters, sending out internal email annoucement etc.
• Respond to employees' queries on any HR related matter
• Assist in monthly headcount reporting
• Assist payroll team on all payroll issues and payments

• Fast learner and keen eye for detail

SIA will be conducting interviews for Direct Entry First Officers. If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to receive your application:

• Possesses a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (recognized or can be validated by CAAS)
• Holds a valid CPL/MEIR with frozen ATPL or ATPL (recognized or can be validated by CAAS)
• Minimum of 1500 total multi-crew flying hours on commercial jet aircraft.
• Able to speak and understand English with ICAO English Level 4 or above for inflight radio-telephony communications
• Minimum height requirement of 1.62m to carry out safety and emergency procedures on board

Training

Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all unsecured and secured applications are processed with accuracy in accordance to the guidelines set by the bank, and within stipulated SLAs.
• This includes and are not limited to:
• Process and verify authentication checks &/or data entries
• Perform and verify accurate income computation
• Ensure accurate input/output to enable good customer service delivery
• Documentation of procedures to ensure compliance with group policies in procedures.
• Conduct internal reviews / tests to ensure compliance Assist with data analysis, report findings, recommend corrective actions and preventive actions for review.
• Handle administrative duties that include but are not limited to filing, printing, scanning, archiving
