HR & Admin Executive Position

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Job Descriptions

Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee records and assist with new hire onboarding
• Update employee information in the HR system
• Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  Oversee the Group entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  Prepare and present monthly recruitment reports.
  Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc.
  Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding.
• HR Administration:
  Maintain employee records, documents, and update HR databases while handling confidential information with discretion.
