The Regional HR Manager oversees human resources operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures consistent implementation of HR policies, supports workforce planning, and fosters a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with regional or multi-site responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
