We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Marina Bay Sands, one of Singapore’s most renowned luxury retail locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store access control and greet customers.
• Perform routine inspections of the premises and surrounding areas to ensure safety.
• Monitor the premises through surveillance systems, ensuring constant security coverage and prompt detection of suspicious activities
• Escort products and individuals when required, ensuring safe and secure handling of merchandise and high-profile clients.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and assets.

Key Requirement:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security or safety management.
• Extensive experience and understanding of applicable regulatory requirements including the systems approach to safety and risk management
• Strong understanding of local security protocols, procedures, and practices.
• Detailed knowledge of local security requirements procedures and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Admin Officer

Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints received from the residents.

Assist the CM to attend Section 47(1)(c) notice and update strata roll upon receipt of notice of transfer

Assist the Condominium Manager in petty cash management and collection of payment by residents on daily basis, including daily account closing.

Update trust accounts periodically of all transactions for the contributions, facilities' charges and deposits for receipts issuance to residents.

Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. according to House Rules, By Laws and Standard Operating Procedures.

Establish and maintain proper filling systemt to ensure smooth documentation and adminstration of the estate.

Carry out regular of the content of the notice board(s).

Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenace record and perform general adminstrative duties.

Co-ordinate council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.

Any other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.

Your are expected to be a determined and hardworking individual.

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Deployed to 1 location)
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,700
