JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• In-charge for employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
• Responsible for Monthly payroll activities
• Knowledge to apply different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 4 years of HR Generalist experience

A HR Admin Executive (Junior) is responsible for supporting payroll processing and administrative tasks to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role involves data entry, verifying records, resolving payroll queries, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing:

• Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Verify attendance, timesheets, and leave records to calculate accurate payments.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.

• Ensure all deductions (e.g., taxes, provident fund, insurance) are accurately applied.

• Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

• Assist in preparing reports and filings for tax and statutory contributions.

Employee Support:

• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees promptly.

• Handle and resolve discrepancies or complaints related to pay.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute payslips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.

• Generate payroll reports for internal audits and management review.
