Job Description

• Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.

• Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.

• Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.

• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.

• Establish effective classroom management.

• Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.

• Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.

• Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.

Requirements

• Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration.

• Having a bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education from a university recognized by Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

• Be qualified in ACEY/L1/L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA.

Role description:

· Support the main classroom teachers in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning of children

Position Overview

We are a leading chemical reagent sales company looking for a proactive and experienced Channel Sales Representative to manage and expand our distributor network in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing distributors, identifying potential new partners, and driving channel sales growth across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the distribution model and the ability to work closely with partners to achieve mutual sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in the Southeast Asia region.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to sell our products.
3. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to expand our market reach.
4. Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
5. Collaborate with distributors to create and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives.
6. Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize sales results.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors to ensure mutual benefits.

9. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team.
10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings with distributors to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the chemical or related industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of the distribution model and experience managing distributor relationships.
4. Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and regional business practices.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience working with distributors in the Southeast Asia region.
2. Familiarity with chemical products and their applications.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through channel partners.
