Job scope

Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural / Structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.

Assist Project Team by providing timely BIM Coordination and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction.

To extract information from 3D Revit and develop the shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.

Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs / request.

Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover of the project completion to client / consultants.

To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.

To attend Technical / BIM meeting when required.

Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.

Security Officer

Monthly Salary: $2,000
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days & Hours: 4 Days (7-7 AM & PM Rotating)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain peace and order within the Hotel premise and to provide safety and security to Hotel guests, patrons, employees and their belongings, and the Hotel's properties.
• Ensure no break-in and intrusion in secured and protected areas.
• Perform patrolling round in all areas of the Hotel’s premise.
• Conduct investigations on incidents involving disturbance, accidents, losses, thefts, etc. occurring in the Hotel.
• Report all matters that are harmful to the Hotel business
• Be familiar with the fire emergency plan.
• Take necessary action whenever the fire alarm is activated.
• Keep proper and updated records/entries in relevant security logs and records.

Job Requirement

• Relevant experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• PLRD licensed
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

Duty Manager

Monthly Salary: $3,000-$3,500
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days: 5 Days (Based on Roster)
Working Hours: 7am-4.30pm / 12-9.30pm / 10.30pm-8am (subjected to change)

Job Description

• To assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager to supervise and coordinate the daily front desk operations.
• To be proactive thinking, to be able to react fast to problems, and to make sound management decisions.
• Able to show responsibility and make decisions to handle any operations issues that may arise in the absence of the management.
• To welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests.
• To develop and maintain close business contacts with house guests and provide personalized service whenever possible.
• To handle complaints or incidents/accidents occurring in the hotel when necessary.
• Record all complaints into logbook for management and all departments' attention or follow up.
• Respond to emergency calls, fire alarm, power failure, computer and medical attention and coordinate with respective departments and contacts.
• Be familiar with and ensure that all preparations for VIP and group arrivals and departures are well organized.
