• Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities

Job Description:

• Unit handover to owners

Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.

• Handling Customer Complaints/ feedback

Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners’ complaints resolved satisfactorily.

About the role

A Resident Technical Officer (RTO) working for Housing Development Board (HDB) or Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore plays a crucial role in overseeing current construction projects under HDB. Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with contractors and other stakeholders.
