Your new role
- Arrange the courier services to collect the cheques payment from customers and email the cheques copy to Finance Shared Service Center if required.
- When received all AP & AR enquiry email, forward to Finance Shared Service Center
- Performing administrative functions such as scanning, filing, preparation, maintenance of schedules and listing.
- Raising purchase requisition for any Finance department purchases, communication and coordination among end users, Finance Shared Service Centre and Finance Affiliate etc.
- Arrange courier for finance & treasury documentation.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Finance and Treasury.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in administration or in any related field
- At least 1 years of experience in admin
- Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills
- Good interpersonal skills
