Requirements:

• Provide administrative support to the Accounting team
• Accurate data entry
• Organize files, both physical and digital

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Your role:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Assist with any other HR administrative tasks

Job Scope

EDMS (Electronic Document Management System): (Main Mission)

a. Link EDMS to SAP functional locations

b. Uploading manually technical documentation on Hard drive to SharePoint EDMS

c. Improve the searching function in EDMS for vendor data books & test reports, by splitting the documents into smaller pieces.

Requirements

• 'A' level / Poly undergraduate / University undergraduate / 'O' level with 5 years of admin experience
• Proficient in excel.
• Good in Microsoft 365 environment (excel, sharepoint, Teams) is an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Knoweldge of SAP is advantageous

Report to: Safety Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in operational matters.
• Assist in regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with department managers to address safety concerns and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory agencies as required.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence related to safety initiatives.
• Assist in the procurement and maintenance of safety equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalents.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
