JOB DESCRIPTION
· Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties
· Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and training sessions
· Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
· Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
· Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination
· Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings
· Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and tasks
