Working alongside our Employee Engagement Services team in the HR department, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio, including the full range of HR functions excluding recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of HR functions (excluding Talent Acquisition).
• Provide wide-ranging HR support as the first point of contact to the airport staff, including preparation of HR documents, employee inquiry, and administration of various leave of absence and benefits (shared services).
• You will be working closely with the respective Operations Manager of the Divisions under your purview.
• Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
• Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker Work Passes.
• Preparation of Final Settlement of exiting staff at end of contract or resignations.
• Generate reports for management, finance, billing etc.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture, etc.
• Generate payroll and insurance administration.
• Involvement in audiometric and engagement activities.
• Perform any other HR related projects and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity and payroll experience
• Meticulous and attentive to detail
• Strong excel and reporting skills
• Prior experience in Timesoft is advantageous

• Assist in daily operational matters
• Attend phone enquiry
• Assist in coordination between office and drivers
• To perform weighbridge admin works & operation;
• Daily duties will include recording of incoming/ outgoing vehicles
• Efficiently input data onto the weighbridge system from vehicles collecting & delivering to the site
• To undertake other weighbridge administration duties at site

Requirements:

• At least an O-level certificate or ITE graduate;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as MS word and excel, including emailing.
• Previous weighbridge experience is more advantage;

Job Description

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via time software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
2. Processing monthly payroll for designated job sites including processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
3. Reviewing and verifying source documents as well as investigating and correcting payroll discrepancies.
4. Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., levy Wavier, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR21) matters etc.
5. Provide advice, information and support to department managers and employees on HR policy and Leave Balance, etc.
6. Maintain & regularly update the master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
7. Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
8. Prepare employment contract, confirmation letter, increment, promotion and HR-related letters

Requirements

1. GCE 'A' level, diploma or higher in relevant discipline.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience
3. Meticulous,pro-active, multi-tasking and able to work under tight timelines.
4. Proficient in computer application, i.e. Microsoft Office.
