The Signature Research Programme in Health Services and Systems Research (HSSR) at Duke-NUS is a centre of academic excellence for research and education on the organisation, funding and delivery of health services. The programme’ s focus is on public health and clinical service innovation in an increasingly complex and connected world.

The selected candidate will work with a health economics team providing qualitative research method support to various research activities. They will be required to conduct interviews, focus groups and relevant qualitative analysis, mainly with patient groups, clinicians and healthcare stakeholders. The activities will be relevant to the evaluation of healthcare interventions and care models, including but not limited to:

• Interview clinicians and patient groups
• Manage protocols development for research projects and IRB applications.
• Develop interview guides, plan and conduct all relevant qualitative data collection activities.
• Use appropriate software to collect, manage and analyse qualitative data.
• Manage transcribing activities.
• Conduct literature reviews to find information for new research ideas.
• Assist in the preparation of evaluation reports for the health economics team.
• Extract data from existing databases and published literature.
• Manage projects from start to end with guidance (i.e. develop research objectives and study design, perform data extraction and data collation, conduct data modelling, perform analysis and engage and collaborate with various stakeholders).
• Assist in drafting research abstracts and manuscripts.
• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations to various stakeholders.
• Support the secretariat and administrative functions of the health economics team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Public Health or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Singapore’s healthcare setting
• Have experience with Singapore’s IRB applications
• Adept at collecting and working with qualitative data.
• Prior experience in various qualitative research methods and health services-related research will be advantageous.
• Proficiency with NVivo would also be an advantage.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision and in a team, with dynamic reporting lines and multiple stakeholders.
• Action-oriented, highly motivated, and target-focused.

The Kindergarten and Elementary School seek enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant Teachers to join our growing inclusive Education and Therapy Team. The successful candidates will have a passion for inclusion and supporting all students to meet their potential. Position requirements:

Experience in an International School setting is preferred, but not essential

Experience in supporting children with mild-moderated additional learning needs and Autism is required. Where candidates have experience in supporting students within an Early Intervention model, this would be advantageous.

Job Description

Our Technical RnD & Training Assistant will be supporting the development of our technical operations.

You will assist the Technical Director in managing all technical-related matters, which includes:

• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all technical findings, solutions and improvements.
• Involving in product development and research.
• Studying product specifications and suggesting enhancements or new applications for them.
• Applying concepts and hands-on skills to develop innovative solutions based on each commercial project’s needs.
• Assisting in site inspections to diagnose technical issues and provide support to resolve them.

Additionally, you will support the Training Manager in developing and executing the company’s training plan, including but not limited to:

• Managing the end-to-end training process, from course development and materials creation to training delivery and learner outcome assessments.
• Conducting training sessions for a wide range of target audience (office & warehouse) through both in-class and online methods.
• Developing course materials and making consistent enhancements to incorporate new content, methodologies, updates, or trends.
• Analysing and reviewing training feedback and evaluation to improve the effectiveness of training programs.
• Facilitating and administering training logistics and documentation as required.
• Assisting in drafting and updating operational documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and checklists.

What will the Right Person look like?

• You have at least 1 year of experience in delivering stand-up training or developing content.
• Applicants with a minimum Diploma qualification in relevant areas of study (Mechanical Engineering / Engineering) are encouraged to apply.
• You are proficient in using 3D modeling software and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with E-content development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an added advantage. Applicants with ACLP certification are preferred.
• You have a strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
